Alex Benson Appointed CEO with Matthew Condon Remaining on Board of Directors
OVERLAND PARK, KS, March 4, 2024 — Bardavon Health Innovations, a Workers’ Compensation and Musculoskeletal (MSK) health company, announced today that Alex Benson, formerly Chief Operating Officer at Bardavon, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and will join the company’s Board of Directors. Company founder Matthew Condon will transition to the Board of Directors where he’ll remain active with the company.
Over the last ten years, Matt’s role as Bardavon’s founder and CEO has been defined by significant accomplishments, particularly in establishing the importance of clinical outcomes across the Workers’ Compensation industry. Under Condon’s leadership, Bardavon has grown into a national business platform, with a PT/OT network of more than 35,000 therapists covering all 50 states and clients representing Fortune 50 employers, national third-party administrators, and insurance carriers.

Alex Benson most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bardavon, a role he assumed in 2022. As COO, Benson was responsible for all client facing and operational support teams, network management, sales and strategic planning. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in healthcare services, healthcare information technology and managed care. Prior to joining Bardavon, Alex was an executive at Cerner Corporation, a Fortune 500 Healthcare Information Technology.
