Cosentino’s Food Stores named “Employer of the Year” at WorkCompCentral – Comp Laude Awards.
Overland Park, Kansas (December 12, 2016) – Bardavon Health Innovations announces that one of its clients, Cosentino’s Food Stores was named “Employer of the Year ”at the WorkCompCentral – Comp Laude Awards gala on November 5. Cosentino’s shared this year’s honor with Target Corporation.
WorkCompCentral The Comp Laude™ Awards recognize integrity, excellence and success in the Workers’ Compensation industry. Each year, nominations are received and reviewed by a panel of industry experts/judges.

Cosentino’s pioneered, implemented and validated a comprehensive Essential Function analysis project and deployment structure for its 25-different job/positions. An integrated Post Offer and Return to Work Testing (POET) structure was introduced to facilitate meaningful and actionable data flow throughout the entirety of the associate’s work experience. This, combined with other safety enhancements in the workplace, has allowed Cosentino’s to provide a safer environment and reduced workers compensation costs as a whole.
